As our client you have access to our system wb.krakow.pl. You can collect your documents in an online archive. We scan them for you and place them in the system.
In the case of contracts for the e-documentation service (whether for 6, 12 months or indefinitely), the principle of cumulation of the number of scans for the paid period of the contract applies.
This means that the number of scans that you have already purchased but have not used can be used later - the principle of accumulation. If it turns out that in a given month you will run out of scans, you can 'prepay' by overpaying for the service for the next period in advance to use more scans in a given month. For example: You have a 6-month contract in the "100 pages of e-documentation" package: a) you have already paid for the entire 6-month period. You have a total of 600 pages of scans to use for yourself from the first month after payment until the end of the contract. We will subtract the scans made for you from this pool. If you use it earlier, you can buy another pool at the same price and in the same quantity as the subscription you originally selected. b) you pay in monthly installments: you have paid for the first two months - you have a total of 200 scans, but at the end of the second month it turns out that your current needs are 250 scans. In this situation, you can pay in advance for the next third month, which will increase your pool to 300 scans in total, and after subtracting the 250 scans we will perform at the end of the second month, you will still have 50 scans to use in the next third month.

Good morning! I would like an offer.
I need an address for (1) registering a sole proprietorship in Krakow, NIP ********* and (2) the possibility of collecting correspondence physically (drive up) - if the offices send something despite providing a different correspondence address. In 2025, I am renting an apartment without the possibility of registration, and I am selling the old one, and I need something for this transitional period. Will this be an item of PLN 29/month?
