The 21st century is a time of rapid change and development of technological thought.
We understand this development not only through the prism of technological leap but also through a change in the philosophy of life. Human life in the 2021st century is undoubtedly related to the activities of all kinds of services, companies specialized in a wide variety of fields.
In the following article we will try to present a picture of today's companies, their activities and prospects for the future.
Principle One - THE PATH TO QUALITY: In the past, factories or plants focused solely on the quality of the final product that was to be delivered to the consumer. Today, it is perfectly understood that quality results from a planned, controlled process. The so-called quality chain. It allows you to focus on eliminating defects before they appear or on smaller, but more frequent stage checks.

Principle Four – MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE.
Until now, the foundation of the company structure was hierarchy: president, vice presidents, directors, managers, foremen and regular employees. Today's companies focus on two models of supplier-recipient relations and student-mentor relations. This provides, firstly, fluid communication and an atmosphere of mutual work towards a common result, and more importantly, allows both parties to expand their own knowledge bank with the learning from the other's experience.
Principle Five – PHILOSOPHY OF WORK.
Before the era of computers, the employee had a feeling of painful work, but still a necessity, a race for promotion and also a constant struggle for survival on the job market. Today's companies, drawing conclusions from this, want to give the employee a sense of constant development and freedom, which is to support their creativity, and more importantly show that work makes sense for them and the world. More and more often, 21st century jobs come from human passions or are created to give us entertainment. Today, there are professions that were unknown to anyone a decade ago. We are constantly creating.

Data is a treasure trove of ideas. In the past, we didn't have access to databases. Today's companies build their marketing strategies based on data analysis, customer needs research, and psychology or sociology. The factor that allows for its success is the study of what, how and for what amount the client wants.
Rule Seven – TECHNOLOGY

Business The 21st century knows how important innovative technologies are, such as robotics or "sitting at a computer" is a real direction of development. Not just a tool, but slowly a business partner, Amazon has drones for shipping packages, Tesla offers driverless cars, and even Żabka operating in our country opened the first store without service. We transfer our world to the virtual world, we fulfill our needs in it, we meet people, we educate ourselves, we create and transfer documents. Companies today know perfectly well that virtuality is already a part of reality, hence we have an increasingly wide market for virtual services.

It can be seen that companies of the 21st century have undergone an incredible change and have become not so much a place to earn money, but also "something" more. Modern businesses, for the most part, have their own creative plans for continuous development, they know that standing still is already a regression.
Technology has enabled us to operate more efficiently, has enabled us to work in a completely different dimension. Thanks to this, we can live better and more comfortably, act faster and to a greater extent. Reach for knowledge from fields previously available to specialists. Exactly... this may be an idea for another rule or marketing of comfort? But we will see about this in some time, when we collect data from previous activities. Let us remember, however, the most important rule - moderation - let us give ourselves moments of "relaxation" to business didn't go crazy or overheat its "processors". Let's wish this for companies in the 21st century.
